WHY ME
I have been in the fitness industry for 9
years. I am an experienced personal trainer, focusing on integrating fitness with nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
I can help people of all ages and at all fitness levels, achieve their goals. I train people in their homes, at
their work place, in their local gym or closest park.
My aim is to deliver the highest quality with
a professional solution to all my clients wants and needs. I use nutritional principles based on very basic laws of
human anatomy, physiology, biochemistry and bio - mechanics.
One of the basic laws in human phyisology
- the law of over-compensation, - can only be achieved through the overload training principle, combined with an adequate
diet, that will allow metabolism to function with peak efficiency. Only in this scenario will clients start seeing
such changes as fat loss, strength gain, muscle growth and cardio-vascular and respiratory improvements.
