Training the body is about our health and inner confidence. We are responsible for
what we do and how we do it. To get the best out of life, we need to put effort and training into it. Giving it
our 'best shot' means changing our lifestyle. Its not just about going to the gym a few times a week. Its how
we eat, think and train. Thats where I come in. Training my clients is all about making the body stronger,
more free movement, agility and, of course, more beautiful. Training our mind and body achieves this and with my help,
you can have a better understanding of how your body works and moves.
Our muscles were not designed to work in isolation. Our bodies are designed to walk,
run, jump, push, pull, squat and lunge. Making sure the body's muscles all work together in one strong unit. Training
the body this way burns fat more efficiently than just cardio. It prevents injuries. You get alot more from
a full training programme, than if you just used the machines in the gym. All my training programmes are
individual to each person, making it more fun than sitting at a machine, which only works in isolation and does most of the
work for you.
Nutrition
Nutrition for a healthy lifestyle and sport is very important. Without
it our body will not improve enough to sustain the benefits of training and our quality of performance. Food for our
different energy systems is well known. Knowing exactly what types of food to eat, how much and in what combination,
will have a profound effect on muscle growth and fat loss. It sometimes seems easy to make the right choice, be it from
wholegrain bread to less fatty foods, but it is not always that simple. There is not one diet that suits every person.
We all need different things from food and I help each person with their diet and Nutrition,
so that they can get the best out of the training programme designed for them. It is based on the individuals body type,
metabolic rate and need. Following the combination of Nutrition and Training that I design for you, will help you achieve
your goal for a healthier lifestyle.
Getting the Balance between Nutrition and Training is very important. The way we eat
and the exercise we do affects our mind as well as our body. The right foods will make us less depressed and more
energetic, giving us a better and longer life.
